Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return request.


Eligibility and Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all parts intact, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: We do not offer refunds or returns for 'change of mind'.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspection and Immediate Contact

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@dealinculture.com so we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.

Faulty Products

We will issue refunds or replacements for faulty products that are not as described.

Exclusions: Due to our manufacturing process, slight variations in product shapes and colors are inherent and are therefore excluded from being considered faults eligible for a refund or replacement.

Return Shipping for Assessment

If you request a refund for a faulty product, we may require you to ship the item back to us for assessment. This return shipping cost will be at your expense, unless otherwise communicated to you in writing by us.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be automatically processed and applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
